As there's a contract on Reddington's life and the fact that the FBI is doing quite well catching criminals without his help, does that mean he is of no use anymore and he will soon be eliminated?

I think Red's ability to help the FBI pluck these blacklisters off the streets is more valuable than any of the cons, even though Harold alluded to otherwise.
