Elizabeth and Paige will meet a fatal end?

I think the realization of the life Liz is leading will eventually hit her if something fatally happens to Paige or to a less extreme, she gets arrested for espionage. They played up the cyanide pill during the season premier. In addition, Phil was the stabilizing point throughout her career and without him Liz may be at her breaking point and if something happens to Paige or she gets caught, she may take the pill as a means to escape, doing it for Mother Russia.

I have always hoped, Philip and Elizabeth would acknowledge their mistakes, run away with their family and live peaceful lives. I highly doubt that will happen. I believe Liz will die by cyanide. I just hope Philip escapes with the kids. Henry would always be under suspicion if left behind.

The producers said they're sticking with the vision they had for the ending based on what they showed us in season one. I think you're right I'm watching the scene where Elizabeth starts to take more of an interest in the maturing Paige and asks her if she wants her to pierce her ears. Elizabeth says she remembered her mother doing this for her. Elizabeth then uses the potato trick with a needle and spills a few drops of Paige's blood on the bed. She's literally spilling Paige's blood in their home. I think they're both goners.
