We had a weird creepy scene with Veronica that goes beyond her being homophobic.

That stuff she was saying about how if Melissa was a carbon copy of Veronica then Jeffrey would want her sexually. The whole Melissa having stretch marks [seriously at that age? That girl is young.] and not being dark enough but they can't have perfection like Veronica or something like that.

Then a couple of episodes ago Melissa told Veronica she was the one who sprayed Veronica's perfume on her, and Veronica denied it saying did she think Jeffrey wanted to sleep with his own mother.

The undertones are there and it would kind of make sense why she's so interested in Jeffrey's sex life and why she's so determined to force Jeffrey into a relationship with a woman she knows he has no feeling for. If so, it's pretty darned sick, even for Veronica.
