Reported problem for Monogatari

I noticed some problem in the DVD order episode grouping (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/46195/episode_group/603c68c579b3d40052670822).

the "Kizumonogatari" are listed to have 3 episodes, but there are no actual episode listed inside it.
the "Owarimonogatari" jumped from episode 1 to 3, unlike the other episode grouping.

I don't know whether this is intentional or not.
