This series didn't change. We have just removed the wrongly listed duplicate.
The order of the element is correct. The seasons 1 to n are reserved for the seasons which have been broadcasted on TV. All episodes that were released as OVA should be listed in the specials season. If you want them in another order, you can use an episode group.
