Das einzige Problem habe ich mit der Sondersendung "Das blaue Juwel", die am 8. November 2015 zum 35. Geburtstag der Serie gesendet wurde. In der Löwenzahn-Datenbank des Fan Clubs heißt es dazu unter "Weitere Infos":

"Sondersendung zum 35. Jubiläum von Löwenzahn mit Rückblenden auf einige Folgen; unter anderem mit Peter Lustig. Spielfilmversion der Folgen "Schlüssel - Der geheimnisvolle Dreh" und "Diamant - Das geraubte Blau"."

"Schlüssel - Der geheimnisvolle Dreh" ist die spätere Folge 6 in Staffel 36 (9. Oktober 2016), und "Diamant - Das geraubte Blau" ist die spätere Folge 7 in Staffel 36 (16. Oktober 2016). Ich weiß noch nicht genau, wie wir diese Information hier in TMDb aufnehmen sollten - es ist etwas kompliziert, weil es im Prinzip der gleiche Inhalt ist, aber mit sehr vielen Veränderungen im Schnitt. Mal sehen, was die anderen ModeratorInnen meinen.

I took a look and corrected everything. I checked with the database of the Fanclub of the show (http://datenbank.loewenzahnfanclub.de/episode.php) -> I trust those people very much, because the infos are insanely specific and enormous! They seem to do a great job and very engaged in what they do.

I also double-checked with fernsehserien.de, and I spotted a German comment on this very page by a user "Dr.Methylene (geb. 1976)" on "06.02.2018 12:51" stating:

"Leider sind ab Staffel 34 die Letzten Folgen immer in die nächste Staffel gerutscht! Nur weil der Sendetermin im folgenden Jahr ist, ist die Staffel ja keine neue!"

My translation: "Unfortunately, starting with season 34, the last episodes of the old season are added to the next season. Only because the air date is in the new calender year, it's not a new season."

That's exactly the same mistake that happened here on TMDb -> I assume the user who added the data here took the data from this page before they corrected it. My theory, but makes a lot of sense.

There's one thing I can't figure out regarding on how we should add this specific content to TMDb:

On November 8th, 2015, network ZDF aired a special under the title "Das blaue Juwel", celebrating the 35th birthday of the show. This double-feature (49 min) consists of 2 edited versions of regular episodes that aired almost a year later: "Schlüssel - Der geheimnisvolle Dreh" (season 36, episode 6, October 9th, 2016) and "Diamant - Das geraubte Blau" (season 36, episode 7, October 16th, 2016). The following 3 sources treat this episode very differently -> and I have no clue which source we should follow:

• entry in the fanclub database -> episode 7 in season 35
  
• entry at fernsehserien.de -> special in season 0
  
• entry Wikipedia -> episode 7 in season 35 AND both parts split in 7a and 7b
  

Any ideas how we should handle this?

I'm always partial to having special episodes the Specials! Well, as long as the network does not put them in a numbered regular season, but this is not an issue in this case. And imo having alternative episode groups make these things so so much easier. Whatever you decide, we can create the reverse as an alternative order.

So these episodes are the special split in two parts? If they are a rebroadcast in a slightly different form, I would delete them.

That's true. I also noticed that the production order of this show is partly very different from the order it aired, so we could create an episode group for that, too. But it's a lot of work, because of so many episodes ...

The weird thing is that the production no. of both parts (336 and 337) is lower than the production no. of the special (351). So I guess it's the other way around: They produced both episodes, and then they put together the Special from that same material. For us, the problem is that the Special aired first - almost a year before both episodes ...

If they are a rebroadcast in a slightly different form, I would delete them.

About the changes: The "crazy" people from the fan club made a comparison:

14 scenes were changed/edited/cut/replaced, plus 1x end/opening credits removed, and some scenic changes. I'm not sure if that's "slightly different" -> but it's definitely the same narrative and source material/footage they used.

Maybe we wait what @Samara thinks? I don't want to decide any of this on my own ...

The official ZDF press release calls this episode "die 50-minütige Geburtstagsausgabe "Das blaue Juwel"" (the 50 min birthday episode) and "Sonderfolge" (special episode) and puts it into a not-numbered order at the end of the page. I'm not sure the network officially orders the whole show at all - I can't find any order on the official page?!?

I suggest we keep our data here on TMDb as close to the data of the fanclub website as possible; I think they are the experts. Which is why I don't want to delete the 2 re-broadcast episodes. If I do, I can't put them into an episode group of the production order. The only question is whether I put the special episode into the special season or keep it in season 35? I'll think about it ...

The editing of this show will take some time. It's not very high priority, I think -> so, let's make this a long summer job ...

Ja, ich tendiere auch dazu, die Sondersendung in "Specials" zu verschieben. Ich überlege, irgendwann im Sommer mal die gesamte Show von Anfang bis Ende durchzugehen, habe aber noch keinen genauen Zeitplan. Dann werde ich das ändern.
