Since the 12 first episodes were showcased on Netflix on December the first, air date should be changed

No. This is a Tokyo MX series, so all the dates used should be the dates of the Tokyo MX broadcast, even if the season have been available before on Netflix.

So in this case should'nt the network be changed/added ? Tokyo MX does not produce nor owns the series it's "only" the first japanese TV braodcaster of the series. David Production is owned by Fuji TV which I think has no connection to Tokyo MX ?
The bible article about Networks isn't very clear ?

No, "only the very first network to air the series should be added to the network list" and also "It is common for television series to be also released on various VOD services around the time of airing. They should not be added to the network field. "
We add a second network only if a new season isn't anymore broadcasted by the original network. This is not the case here.
