Cannot Add Asuna (Haruka Tomatsu) as Regular Casts for Season 3

Hi, I am having trouble not being able to add "Asuna (voice)" played by Haruka Tomatsu. Do you know the reason behind it? If you can fix it, could you please add her?
She is one of the main characters in this season according to the official website and definitely should be added to season 3 too. She is already added to Season 1, 2, and 4.

I managed to add her. She was still added as a guest star in episode 6 with this credit, so I removed her there and then it worked.
