Frank: "Thanks for saving my life, Claire."

Claire wanted to do more than just save Frank's life. She wanted to save the world, but the world didn't want to be saved.

President: "Pull the plug on the little bitch now."

The assault on Claire failed, so, Frank, ignoring Olga's advice as usual, tried reasoning with Claire.

Olga: "Look, you know I don't think this is a good idea, Mr. Parker. Remember what happened the last time you spoke to her."

Frank: "The last time I was honest. Always a mistake with the female."

Claire: "Isn't it odd how females often feel threatened by alpha males and somehow feel more secure with them at the same time."

Frank could not change Claire's mind, so he had to exploit her weakness: her infatuation with him.

Claire: "I want us to stay here, like this, together, forever."

Frank: "Claire, if I seem a little shocked, it's because, well, because you're the woman I've always dreamed of."

Claire: "I'll be here for you, always."

Frank: "I think we should go somewhere, where we can have some privacy."

Claire: "Okay. Yeah."

Unbeknown to Claire, the NSA was monitoring the situation and waiting for the right moment to strike.

Olga: "His temperature is rising."

Donovan: "That's not the only thing that's rising."

Olga: "Oh my God."

Ramsey: "There's got to be some major perversion going on in there."

Claire sensed that something was wrong.

Claire: "You've been lying to me."

However it was too late. Frank had distracted her long enough for the second assault to succeed.

Claire: "Am I going to die, Frank? Do I have a soul? Is there a heaven for me?"

Frank: "Yes, Claire. It's very beautiful."
