If you can, you could watch the videos of 'Out of theater reactions'. This will give you an idea of the audience' first impression. They are short and might save some 'reading' time. The main complaints are that the runtime is almost three hours and there is a lot of exposition in the first hour. The action of course is sublime.

I think that she might have forgotten her password (including that of email). So, no access to that account anymore.
