Discuss Mission: Impossible

After watching Peter Graves and his daughter Amanda in that old TV commercial posted by Lima, a few days ago, I decided to read through my old copy of “The Complete Mission Impossible Dossier” by Patrick J. White.

I found this wonderful quote from Peter Graves on page 282 about Sam Elliott: “Peter Graves remembers Sam as a ‘wonderful, big puppy dog’ who got along well with the company. ‘He hadn’t done much,’ Graves adds, ‘but he was this big, rugged, good-looking guy. I thought at the time that it might be a good idea to bring in somebody fresh, and this guy looked like a good bet. The idea was to have another male character to function as we needed him.’ “

A fascinating look back.

Way cool, Klondike! Were there any quotes from Barbara Bain or any about Barbara Bain?

Great stuff. I guess I should read the book 😁 On a side note, great to see you guys here 👍😀

I did not know that Barbara Boxer was ever on Classic Mission Impossible! Was she one of the season 4 female IMF Agents of the week?

@mechajutaro: I have a question for you. Did you see the very disturbing post Nexus71 made on Friday morning on the Star Trek "The I'm a doctor, not a ______ thread"? Please get back to me ASAP as it really freaked me out. Thanks.

Oh, I forgot to ask you, which episode is the one that Barbara Boxer played the guest villain in?

Okay. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. May I suggest that you and I never mention the matter again? I probably sound paranoid, but that whole thing bothered me.

Sorry about the duplicate post. The edit function started working again 10 minutes ago but it's not working now.

Go for it. Have a good rest of your weekend, my friend.
