As you all know, Sir Sean Connery died a couple of weeks ago at the age of 90. He was the first actor who played James Bond on the silver screen. He did a lot more movies after he left the Bond series.

I was just thinking that wouldn't it have been cool if Sir Sean Connery had of played a bad guy in an episode of Classic Mission Impossible?

I've been looking for an affordable copy of Name of the Rose.
I saw that movie once in the mid eighties. I enjoyed it but was too inebriated to fully enjoy the subtleties if any.
I loved the book.

I remember watching that Tarzan movie and thinking "What the hell is Sean Connery doing in this movie?"

I don't think I've seen that one. Was it good? I like Tarzan even though the books are about as racist as you can get.

Sir Sean had a small role in The Longest Day. He and Alfie Wright reprise their roles from the obscure British comedy movie In The Fiddle. They were basically the Allies Comic Relief.
