I was watching a mini-documentary about Classic Mission Impossible yesterday on YouTube and Peter Graves explained how the show did of their iconic special effects.

Remember the self-destructing tape? Well, there were guys hiding under the table blowing cigarette smoke up through a plastic tube that was threaded up into a hidden place in the tape recorder! Is that cool or what!
