I am glad she has so many friends here. I think she was supposed to be back home yesterday. Hopefully she is doing well and will be back on here to chat with us real soon
@Jayhn1111:๐Well, I'm back at home resting comfortably (the pain pills really help with that). My landlady is also feeling much better, so I decided to stay at there. I mentioned previously that I would go into detail about her erratic behavior just before I went into the hospital, but after consultation with my higher power (Robert Lansing), I decided that would be an incredibly horrible thing to do.

Hey as long as it's not a stressful situation and the recovery is going according to plan, then we're all happy. How is your recovery going?
@Jayhn1111:๐คWell, I'm using a walker because I can only walk on the toes of my right foot (that's the one that has the hip fracture). Since this is not a normal way to walk, this, as you may guess, causes pain and screws up your balance. Henceforth the walker. I have to do this until the 17th, when I see the Doctor again. They'll take an X-ray to see if the pins they put in are helping to heal the fracture. Wish me luck.
Right now I'm watching Old Man Out Part One from season one (and was planning to start a thread) when I got this post. Very good episode, but I feel so sorry for Mary Ann Mobley's character Crystal, the guest agent who obviously head over heels in love with Dan but it's not mutual.g
Oh ok well we'll all say a prayer for you and let's hope for some good news for you on the 17th. I know this is a long and difficult process but all we can hope for is that it all was worth it in the end.
Old man out was a tremendous episode. One of the best 2 parters ever. I guess Crystal was a little young for Dan, but she was a goddess!
@Jayhn1111 :๐Yes, it's been a long year, and even though it took almost 3 months to figure out what exactly was wrong, I'm glad that we DID find out. So whatever I have to do or put up with, is okay by me. Besides, I can't complain too much because there are so many people who have worse medical problems than I do, but they don't have insurance, and I do.
well yeah there's always somebody going through something worse but that doesn't mean it's easy. But in a sense that is a positive way to look at things and think about how things could be worse. But in any event, I hope you'll keep us posted on how you're doing. If you feel up to it
@Jayhn1111 I'm back! Sorry I haven't replied lately but my Obamaphone broke down and I just got the new one today. Putting politics aside, I like President Obama because we're both half Irish-American, left-handed, AND Trekkies! Besides, in Match 2016 I spent him a St. Patrick's Day Card for the hell of it and I got a lovely letter from him 3 months later!
Anyway, thanks to call of you for your support. May the Robert Lansing force be with you! ๐ค
P.S. My new username is Savage 918. Guess where I got the inspiration for that?

Well, we know who your favourite actor is, the name of the character he played on your favourite television show, and even the number is not a coincidence.
So, with these extra clues, the answer should be easy-peasy
@Jayhn1111: ๐ How did you know I was talking about Idris Elba? Just kidding. You know, I always thought that Robert Lansing would have made a terrific IMF leader, but it would have been hard to see him as the Jillian of the week.
