Happy New Year to all of my fellow Honorary Impossible Missions Force agents and I look forward to exchanging a lot of posts about our favorite television show.

Going OT but I thought I'd let everyone know that I'm going to be getting my partial hip replacement surgery on Wednesday, January 23rd. Wish me luck please, and I will try very hard not to be a stranger. However, if my posts sound weird (even for me), that will be because I'll be high on morphine. This post will hopefully not self-destructive after I hit the submit button.

I remember the date. My thoughts will be with you. I miss our conversations here I know both of us haven’t been posting much but I hope once you’re feeling up to it we can once again commence the posting

Absolutely. I miss our conversations too, and I will definitely be able to post more since this time the surgery has been scheduled since last month. I've been able to take care of all of the pre-op appointments.

Once again there is something for me to say. I want to wish all my pals here once again a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays and a Very happy new year!!! I know we've kinda drifted apart in recent times and I've been a little absent at times, but I think you're all such great people and I am very glad to have chatted with all of you over the years. And let's try to chat more! If you want to that is. On a side note I have picked back up on my dvd's and I am enjoying revisiting the syndicate years.

You and everyone else are always welcome to participate/chat here on this site. Just pop in on any of the posts. Most of my posts are just for fun. Sometimes a bit of knowledge is necessary to follow the discussion, but it's never compulsory. As you've noticed, some posts - even on a serious, semi-intellectual thread - are just 'wacky' one-liners.

Well said wonder2wonder! Well done Jayhn1111! For any newbie newcomers, this is a tradition started by Jayhn1111 in 2006 on the old IMDB board for Mission: Impossible. I am so pleased it had continued these 13 long years! Happy Holidays to all.

Maybe even to some of the possible non-posting lurkers who were denizens of IMDB. Can we lure you back? Having mentioned the syndicate years, Jayhn1111, perhaps the old expert on those years, pacwarbuf is reading? Hint hint. And any others too shy to post? As Bruce Geller might say in heavily accented Gellerese "Velkommen Fremde!"

Thanks lima! I am always amazed how the time flies by here but always glad to think of the good people on this forum and how we have kept this tradition going for so many years now. I did think of pacwarbuf when I posted that about the syndicate years and figured he'd like that
