Yeah it was one of the more complex episodes. Cinnamon was great. I loved that scene where the guy tried to fake her out and bring in the imposter to test her and see if she'd give herself away. She was cool as ever and saw right through that. And the scenes with her hand shaking pretending like she troubled by the history between her and the other guy. I guess I've gotten a little off track here and I should start creating new threads with reviews.

Yep! "Youse guys" lured me out of my lurking phase here with talk of The Glass Cage. I do believe that is my favorite episode for so many reasons. Lloyd Bochner and Larry Linville are such great guest stars. You can see the "evil" in their acting-eyes. I believe this is the very first time I'd seen the gimmick of rigging a surveillance camera with a repeating loop. Add that to the "intentional" glitch which gave a glimpse of Barney and Willy doing their own lurking.

You picked a winner lima. I have to go along with you there. It is one of my top favorites of the season. Lloyd Bochner really was great in this episode. There were a lot of twists and turns to this episode which made for great viewing. And it wasn't just a matter of breaking the guy out. That's what I liked about it. Sure those are great too like Old man out. But this had more to it.

@Jayhn1111 : Actually, I believe the team did the repeating loop in the season two episode The Bank. But I did like Lloyd Bochner. I always thought that he was English because of his accent, but it turns out that he was from Canada!

The Bank that's the one where they went to the vault and there was a brick wall there right?

@Jayhn1111: The Bank was about these two Communist bankers (from what I could tell they were located in East Berlin). People who were trying to escape to the West would give the Banker (James Daly) their money to transfer to a Western bank and would go through a hidden door located in the Bank Vault that would take them through a secret passage to the West. However, it was a death trap, and the Banker would keep the money so he could fund the Fourth Reich (as you know, in the first four seasons of MI, things were not complete unless they had two episodes where the bad guys were Nazis.

Long story short (too late, Maria!), the IMF were able to block the hidden door in the Vault so that when the local police were told about what was going on, the Nazis were trapped in the vault. Ta-da!

Back to "The Wall" (see what I did there ) not having seen the episode in a while, did James Daly's character seal off his entrance before entering the tunnel, trapping him there? If so, that sounds more like a Hitchcock ending.

@lima-2 No. While Jim and the other IMF agents were distracting the Bank Manager and his henchman in the lobby, Barney, who managed to get around the death trap and was able to brick up that side of the vault door (Was Barney a genius or what?)

@lima-2 : In The Bank the name of the city or country wasn't specified, but I got the impression that it was East/West Berlin.

And speaking of Gellerese, I think a lot of people liked to list (mainly me), a list of MI country names and a Gellerese/English Dictionary.
