I tried to like this show when it first aired but couldn't get past the 'muppets', it was like they intended it for children?
This show was very much made for an adult audience only. Way to let everyone know you know nothing of the history of Jim Henson, and failed to watch more than 30 seconds of the show.

You must have not been paying full attention, there was a great deal of sexual innuendo within the first 5 episodes, and it rapidly grew more salacious. As well as extreme violence. Both very integral to the story.

I can only assume you hate Yoda, who was played by an actual Muppeteer

Hate is a strong word. But I also didn't like Star Wars for the same reason.
Also, you know what happens when you 'assume'?
