Reminder : As asked by @banana_girl above, we need an official source prooving that they were originally broadcasted as part of the 1st season.
In the mean time, you can use an episode group.

Can you show us an OFFICIAL source of why they should not be listed in the first season? I think at this point, the burden of proof should be on you.

As previously stated, TMDBcom are the ones who “changed” what literally every other source has accepted as true.

Where is your "official" source that they should be separate? Again, every other source in existence has them as one season (just one example: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Transformers_episodes#Season_1_(1984)). Even TVDB has them as one. Someone made a mistake when creating it here and no one wants to own up to it and fix it. There's not even precedent from other series for this to make sense. Such as GI Joe. It was actually a couple of miniseries before the official first season, but everyone accepts they're part of it, and the primary listing here reflects that properly. Not sure why you're so against making a correction literally everyone wants.

So the air date doesn't count as official? Just because there is a break between episode 3 and 4 doesn't mean they aren't part of the same season. As i mentioned before, it wasn't considered a mini-series until later on. So the fact that TMDB considers it a special is arbitrary and has no proof to say they should be considered specials.

I think More than Meets the Eye, Part 1, More than Meets the Eye, Part 2, More than Meets the Eye, Part 3, need to be included as Season 1 episodes because More than Meets the Eye is definitely included as part of Season 1, and a lot of the Subtitles and video crews think so.

Hasbro has released all 16 Episodes as Season 1 - Starting with "More Than Meets the Eye, Part 1"...
Every single OFFICIAL release that I could find of Season 1 has all 16 Episodes starting with "More Than Meets the Eye, Part 1" - And they are released by Hasbro... I think they would know what is or isn't in Season 1...
That isn't to point out that other sites such as IMDB and TVDB CORRECTLY identify Season 1...
Further without even putting a DVD into your player - On the back of the Season 1 DVD case you can see:
"Season 2 Part 1 Scripts (Episodees 16-39)"
The product description list the episodes as:
"All 16 episodes from Season 1 of the animated adventure series in which the struggle for supremacy of the Earth continues against the evil Decepticons. Episodes are: 'More Than Meets the Eye (1)', 'More Than Meets the Eye (2)', 'More Than Meets the Eye (3)', 'Transport to Oblivion', 'Roll For It', 'Divide and Conquer', 'Fire in the Sky', 'S.O.S. Dinobots', 'Fire on the Mountain', 'War of the Dinobots', 'The Ultimate Doom: 1 - Brainwash', 'The Ultimate Doom: 2 - Search, 'The Ultimate Doom: 3 - Revival', 'Countdown to Extinction', 'A Plague of Insecticons' and 'Heavy Metal War'."
Which means that Season 1 HAS 16 Episodes (even though the image is in error and states 16-39 - The Season 2 DVD starts at 17+ which you can see reflected here https://www.amazon.com/Transformers-Season-Two-Part-1/dp/B00006L9PL with the first Episode being "Autobot Spike")!
It should be noted that the DVD extra from Season 1 DOES indeed have Episode 16's scripts (from 16-39). What is in error is the "Season 2, Part 1" which clearly isn't part of Season 2, Part 1's release.

There are so many series that released differently between the initial and the subsequent releases that we absolutely need official information about the original TV broadcast.

Hasbro has done that work for you... This isn't a case of a series having different releases... This is 1 release and its offically done by Hasbro itself... The miniseries is 100% without a doubt part of Season 1 officially... There is no denying that...
Take 3 secs and just Google itself yourself.... It's on THEIR actual products! Officially released as such - By the ones that ACTUALLY made and released it - Starting in 1984... Literally 40 years ago!

It doesn't matter about the "original" TV broadcast was... We don't live in 1984... We live in 2024... Where Hasbro has clearly made it a point to place the miniseries with Season 1...
TMDB is NOT a historical archive... It is a site used for current and updated information for modern users... Or is that incorrect? Is #5 of the advantages of TMDB incorrect? Is this NOTE a site for CURRENT reliable data?!
Note: Season 1 was already made BEFORE the broadcast of the miniseries... The miniseries didn't even have a name until Season 1 was released and it was retroactively named "More than Meets the Eye, Part (n)".
The reason for the gap between the miniseries and "Transport to Oblivion" was actually a dispute Hasbro was having at the time with Hanna-Barbera (under the GoBots title) and its newly created show "Challenge of the GoBots" which was released starting on September 8, 1984 which was 11 days before "More than Meets the Eye, Part 3" on September 19, 1984. Both shows were based on Tonka's toyline!

As indicated, these recent releases doesn't proove anything. What is called season 1 now wasn't necessary what was called season 1 at the time of the original release. We need a proof from the time of the original release.

What do you mean it doesn't prove anything? Its Hasbro! Its the OFFICAL owners and creators of the Transformers... The miniseries has ALWAYS been part of Season 1... That is the problem... At no point in time has the miniseries NOT been part of it... That is like asking for evidence that "Transport to Oblivion" isn't part of Season 1 - And then telling us that we can't use Hasbro's own products to prove it...
Where is the evidence that "More than Meets the Eye, Part (n)" was NOT part of Season 1? The evidence IS Hasbro and its products... I see NOTHING that supports it NOT being part of the offical release of Season 1...
Why is this a hill you want to fight on... When CLEARLY Hasbro has made it a point to place it there?...

And? That doesn't say what you are concluding it says... It says:
"Episodes should be added exactly as they first aired on the original network (title, date, order, season)."
It has ALWAYS been a part of Season 1... Thus that fits the paradigm...
It's air date, order and season is 100% fine... Its YOU that refuse to understand that at no point in time was the miniseries NOT part of Season 1...
Further - Rules on adding and rules on restricting are NOT the same thing... Episodes SHOULD be added based on that criteria... But NO WHERE does it say that one should restrict content because... Well honestly I can't even begin to understand why you want to restrict this addition...
