This will not only be true, since it will reflect that there are new episodes for Season 2, but also it will help all of those that have Media servers and relay on TMDB for episode names. If creating a Season 2 doesn't feel right, then a new entry for a new complete title should be created, named "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2009)" as Anidb does: https://anidb.net/anime/6367, but I consider is better to create a Season 2 for the existing show 42511
