The big moment has arrived. Our nine students from Class 3C are just one step away from the fateful finish line: their final exams. They all share a common feeling: fear, and are gripped by a sudden and frantic attachment to their studies. Sharing the anxiety and strain of those moments is an unusual private student: Commendatore Zampetti, forced by work to sit his final exams alongside the students from Class 3C.

E' giunto il grande momento. I nostri nove ragazzi della 3 C si trovano ad un passo del fatidico traguardo: gli esami di maturità. Tutti sono accomunati ad un unico sentimento, la paura, e sono presi da un improvviso e spasmodico attaccamento allo studio. A dividere con loro le ansie e le fatiche di quei momenti, vi è anche un insolito privatista: il commendator Zampetti, costretto per ragioni di lavoro ad affrontare la maturità assieme ai ragazzi della 3 C.
