As the title says the Third Stage is missing, and the fourth Stage is not the third Season.
I saw there way already a Discussion about the "third season" I would rather list the film as the third season and not as a special or something like that. I can't even find the third stage on the page because I don't know what it was called.

The Third Stage is a movie. Consequently, it is listed here in the movies part of our database. It shouldn't be duplicated here.

I have a question about the identification between a Special of a serie and a related Movie of a same serie. Is there any rule we can read and help to classifier them next time?

The rule is to respect the original release. In this case, this was a movie released theatrically.

Hey there, i totally respect the original release, and its fine to have it listed in the movie database, but this leads to a major error in multiple Media Systems. I suggest to add an empty Season to get rid of the Season Shift in fourth stage and following... Reason for my point is, that as Media enjoyer, its verry frustrating to have inconsistency in the metadata gathered from diffrent sources.

That is not something we want to do with the original order. However, someone else already created an alternative order with an empty third season. You may be able to use it if the media system you are using supports episode group. If not, ask them to they're useful.
