The other person's clothes always fit Sam. Something I just noticed after a couple decades. The chimp episode was the only one where they address him looking too tall, causing him to squat low. You also have the other characters looking up to his eyeline when he's supposed to be shorter.

Yep, that got me back into it. I just got the series on DVD, so I've been plowing through those.
