There was an ep where a guest in her fantasy met Mark Twain (aka Samuel Clemens) before he becomes a famous writer. This ep was naturally a fantasy and the guest never really meets Twain. Some people think she actually meets him. She doesn't. He is only an illusion Roarke planted in her mind.
