Unfinished storylines?

Can we all start listing what unfinished storylines are still dangling from 6 seasons of Once Upon a Time? I loved the idea that they were going to do a vignette episode that would detail all of the unresolved stories like where Will went, and finish the Malificent and Lily story etc... but they didn't get to it for this year and with Jennifer Morrison deciding to leave, I don't think there will be a season 7 now.

Yeah, but I'm hoping for a special in case of a vignette episode that would work out perfectly as just a spin-off a year after this season finale or somewhere along the line to tie everything up and give a clear timeline of events, and maybe give an epilogue to wherever the story ends off at the end of Season 6 if it is cancelled.

I think Aladdin and Jasmine are in the finale, so we'll find out then how their story concludes.
