During the last episode Snow & Charming were able to see an Emma that was basically 8 or 9 years old. Did I not hear correctly when Rumple said they couldn't reunite with Emma because it's only been 18 years? Or did he say 8 years, which would make far more sense.

He said that they could not reunite for 18 years, and that she was 10 and she would be able to see them when she was prophesied to break the curse at 28.
