Extra Details: I think that SpongeBob’s Big Birthday Blowout should have it’s own IGDB page, considering that the other TV films for SpongeBob such as Atlantis SquarePantis and Truth Or Square have that.

We have nothing to do with IGDB here.
We are TMDB and we only catalog movies and TV shows, not videogames.
By the way, "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout" is an episode of the series, not a TV film.

What Song has absolutely nothing to do with us. If you want them to create a page for something you should ask them to do it, the same way that you should ask IGDB if you want them to create a page for a SpongBob episode.
There are SpongBob episodes longer than 30 minutes.
