Sorry, but she's entitled to jack shit. What qualifies her to be managing partner? Particularly considering she's going through what appears to be a midlife crisis.

Just watch the way she walks down the hall with anybody. She owns the walk.

Spoiler alert********************
As seen on the last episode Donna once again knew what she was doing and yet another calculating Donna move. She knew that Harvey would never go for the partnership but she got exactly what she wanted, a seat on the board. The woman knows her sh!t like Louis knows the firm bylaws....LOL. As for her coming up with $500k I'm sure she didn't have to scrounge to come up with it, executive secretaries/assistants in NYC make a lot of money and just as someone mentioned she's very savvy financially.
I was somewhat skeptical about the direction of the show since Jessica has parted ways but I like how she's still included in the show. I'm sure they'll start preluding her character for her spinoff show of her own. From what we saw in the episode 2 she was in a swanky NYC office somewhere doing her Jessica stuff...hahah. I love Jessica as she was always the backbone and foundation of the entire show. Now Harvey must show that he's ready to cement his own legacy and lead Pearson-Specter-Litt to once again legal prominence. I hope Dule Hill's character brings something good to the firm but from seeing next week's preview, he may be stirring up the pot a bit.

Donna knew what she was doing. She's a master chess player. She's five steps ahead. She's the Donna. Jessica works in Chicago. That's why Harvey flew there. I can't wait to see the spin-off.

Wow, thread necrophilia. But still, how does that give her any qualifications to run the business?
