This IMDB trivia only indicate that the original title translate in English to "The Skies are Always Gray, Above the Clouds", and not that this is an official title.
Do you have a proof that this title (as well as the ones you have added to other episodes) was used when this series was originally broadcasted in an English speaking country ?
