Is this a new ? I've never come across this before and asked a similar question years ago https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/60a8f0969a64c10040bbbc98 which while slightly different does recommend adding the ids from the first entry. The same logic should apply in this case.
Leaving blank means no rating imports for that episode will come into tmdb which is a bad decision. Please reconsider.

It doesn't recommend adding the one from the first entry, but adding it to the first entry. This is a topic about the reverse case, when an episode is in 2 parts here and in a single part on TMDB.
This topic was still waiting for the advice of other moderators (even if you have closed it).

Do you prefer a wrong rating or no rating ? The 2 halfs may be of inequal quality and have totally different ratings. (There are many cases, for example, where the 2 parts are written and/or directed by different people.) If the first part is very bad and the second part is of top quality, you will get a bad rating instead of an average rating.
For this reason, I personnally prefer leaving the field empty. I prefer no rating than a wrong rating. The same way that I prefer no image instead of a bad image.
100% agree on no image instead of a bad one and I 100% disagree on the no rating. Having some level of a rating is WAY better than no rating or a bad / low average. That's my opinion anyhow for what its worth.

This Id shouldn't be added to this episode. It correspond only to the first half of it.
