Extra Details: This episode is #13 - not #14. This error has caused all of the episodes that follow to be off by 1, as well.

I just came to check on this. It was reported back in October when there was actually a duplicate which looks to have been removed finally, but the final list of episodes is still off by one as jtmackoy said. Crazy that it still isn't fixed.
TMDB needs to open this kind of editing up to general users if it is going to take them three months or more to fix an error after it was initially reported.

A Mod deleted the duplicate episode 48x13 ( from this post) and didn't correct the subsequent episode numbers.
A mod also locked the season down so we can't fix it.
Please either unlock the season so we can fix it or have a Mod fix it!

Fixed. It would have been fixed sooner if not that that unnecessary bump to the end of the list.
