These episodes wasn't broadcasted during the original broadcast of the series on Fox. Consequently, they should be listed in the Specials season.
Note : I have hide your other reports as a single report is enough for all the episodes.

What purpose does it serve to organize according to this technicality? As a practical matter, it makes for a poor end user experience to have the episodes out of order. For spouse acceptance factor, it would be great to combine them with season 2.
IMDB, TVDB, Wikipedia, and the DVD release all include these episodes in season 2. What is the benefit to the TMDB disjointed order?
