Janelle bought that farm in March of 2024 for 289,000. It's 156 acres.

Did you catch that Janelle was driving Garrison's truck? This was filmed after his death-March 5, 2024. I think they decided not to focus on his death, which is understandable to me.
Also, there is the possibility that they are jumping around in the timeline, which they are in some parts, because the baptism meal was filmed in June.

No I didn't realize that was Garrison's truck. It's a wonder Kody didn't try to fight Janelle on that.
