It looks like it is just property (156 acres). There seems to be a large exodus to North Carolina. Mykelti, Tony, and kids moved there a few weeks ago. Tony actually found a paying job teaching chess.

Savannah is going to school in NC. Gabe moved to Las Vegas. The only OG kid in Flagstaff is Gwen and her wife.

Ironic that Gwen, the queer child, is the only one near them. Poor Robyn, the eeeevil near her kidsssss 😂😂😂 I wonder when the falling out happened with Mykelti? She still seems close to Robyn in the 2022 footage that we are seeing now.

I saw a post on twitter that Mykelti has cut ties with Kody and Robyn because Robyn called Janelle a bad mother, and that Garrison would not be dead if she had done a better job (paraphrase). Looking for it, will post if I find it again. Not verified of course. It is twitter.
