Definitely. As I reach the ripe old age of 70 on September 12, losing Cindy at that age last year makes me pause.

Am I old? I know when I was even 55 years old I saw 70 as old. When I was younger I thought 70 was ancient.

I just wish that I could have talked to Cindy before she died. I knew her, and cared about her for 13 years. but we never talked.

I'll be 54 next March.

I never talked with Cindy either outside of here and maybe on Twitter about politics. I wish we would have talked more.

Thank you for the update. I am so sorry for her family's loss.

Terrie, my 50's were some of my favorite years. Unfortunately the 60's go by way too quickly. Enjoy the 50's, they are wonderful.

I turned 65 in February last. The 60's are definitely going too fast.

Do those of you who know more about polygamy than I do have this answer? Is it the norm that a “functional” marriage ends when a wife stops having kids and they grow up? Just hanging around like Meri?

It's all on Meri that she "hung around" Kody didn't have a thing to do with her after the catfish crap.

09/10/2023 - Episode 4 A Deal With the Devil Kody confides in a friend who has also gone through a polygamist divorce, and he contemplates giving up on plural marriage. While Janelle is still reeling from the huge fight she had with Kody, the family once again celebrates Christmas separately. 09/17/2023 - Episode 5 When the Going Gets Tough The Browns discuss how things went over Christmas. Janelle confesses to Christine that she doesn't know if her marriage can be fixed. Robyn and Meri try to dissect what went wrong over the years and reveal that Kody was not always equal with his time.

09/24/2023 - Episode 6

The Understatement of the Year Christine reveals she's ready to start dating again and has hired a matchmaker. Meri makes plans to move her business, and she worries about how Robyn will take the news. Janelle meets with Kody for the first time since their huge fight and asks if he still wants to live plural marriage.

Wow, RIP, Cindy. I remember her from the old boards. I know it's the cycle of life, but death is so cruel.

All of this talk about Christine and Janell's kids getting together or along, I wonder why there is no mention of Leon.

Poetist I don't know if you seen but Leon and Audrey did get married. And apparently Kody and Robyn don't want their "evil influence" around their kids. This is apparently why Meri finally decided to cut ties with Kody and Robyn as well.

Kody’s poor me, wah wah wah is getting so old. And I’m sorry, what was that about holy lonliness or some damn ridiculous phrase applied to wives in plural marriage? Christine had the correct reaction which was to lol.
