I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when Kody found it out. LoL

Can't you imagine? "Kody, your exwife found a man than can please her, where are your thoughts?" "Not Disneyland"

Well he's a public figure now. I'm pretty sure I read he has been in on the current filming for the show. That may or may not be true.

Seriously though I am happy for her she just needs to slow it down

Yeah, he's a public figure now. His daughter makes me believe he's a good guy, just by her detailing the things that he did for her.

I don't think Kody cared one way or the other about it. He always talked as if she was going to get a new man. He prophecized that she would give her money to the new bf; I guess Kody would know because that's what he made the wives do for him.

Now, that Christine has sold her home and moved into a rental, I'm wondering what did she do with the money from the sale of her home.

Kody is no prophet. Yes, he said Christine would give her new boyfriend all her money but he made that remark because that's what 3 of his women were already doing for him.

I don't see Christine giving her new boyfriend money.

She is spending $2500-$3000 per month for rent.

She needs to parlay that into buying a home.

Indeed she does, I wonder why she didn't?

When she moved to Salt Lake it was the middle of the pandemic. At that point Salt Lake had a shortage of housing and prices had skyrocketed (Salt Lake is the fastest growing city in the nation). Her priority could have been to find housing in an area where the schools were great and then look for a more permanent solution later.

Also, since most of her income comes from MLM ventures it might be hard for her to be approved for a home loan because of not being able to prove consistent income.

Her priorities?

She had her dufus daughter Mykelti shop and pick for her. It's a nice place, but it's bigger than what she needs and quite expensive.

Re: Home buying

She does have income from the show, which is 11 years of income. I know Kody had his paws over it, but it should be on record as consistent income. Plus, she has 2 years to get a house w/that money, or else, it will be a tax liability. I hope she knows it.

Capital Gains laws have changed. You can exclude up to $250,000 from being taxed as a gain. You can only claim the exclusion once every 5 years.

Well, that's good news.
