I couldn't tell if that was blurred out or not, but I can't imagine that they would remove the nipples.

Unfortunately usually it doesn't work to reattach nipples after a mastectomy. Most of the time nipple reconstruction doesn't take place until at least four months after the original surgery. Now what is mostly used is 3d tattooing of a nipple to make it look more realistic.
