Reported Problem for Chapter One: Welcome to Republic City (1x1)

Extra Details: On August 23, 2021 a user renamed all the english episodes adding Chapter XXX: to each and every episode. For example, S01E01 was changed from Welcome to Republic City to Chapter One: Welcome to Republic City.
This looks incorrect to me as I don't believe the episodes where aired with that name. The confusion from the user maybe related to the title screen within the episode itself, review https://www.themoviedb.org/t/p/original/cWIdaT7aWCwKqG2TJ1g9sg86Puy.jpg as an example. In this screenshot you can see the text in bold relates to the season name and the episode name. The text chapter one is not in bold and is just a heading.
If a moderator agrees I'd suggest changing the titles back to what they where before this change was made. Happy to do the change myself but wanted to check before doing it.

I see another user has updated the titles with the same suggestion I made above. If a moderator agrees with this change (which I hope they do) could they lock the titles and the close this thread.

I'm going to close this thread. The issue I reported is fixed however I was hoping the titles would have been locked so it does not happen again. If these change I'll open a new thread but for now they appear stable.
