I can't figure out how to add an episode, but Episode 4 should be: "Faces of the Gods" "Throughout history, there have been stories of strange beings, and fantastic creatures. But could they be more than just myths? Millions of people around the world believe we have been visited by extraterrestrial beings. What if it were true? Did ancient aliens really help to shape our history, and if so, might we find proof by examining the Faces of the Gods?" Same original air date as "The Reptilians", July 25, 2014. I changed Episodes 4-8 ("The Reptilians" and all that follow) to be Episodes 5-9, to leave room for this episode.

Thanks for the correction; I didn't think to look in the specials, but scoured the rest of the content and didn't see it.
HOWEVER, the link in the previous content you provided (https://web.archive.org/web/20141017221011/http://www.history.com/shows/ancient-aliens/episodes) shows 19 episodes in Season 6. "Aliens and Forbidden Islands", which is shown on the Wayback page as the first item in Season 6, airing November 29, 2013, actually appears in TMDB as episode 9 in Season 6. "Aliens and The Lost Ark" and "Aliens and the Mysterious Mountains" show up as S06E10 and S06E11. The next 8 episodes, "Aliens and Stargates" through "Alien Breeders", show up as S07E01-S07E08 in TMDB, and the final 8 episodes show up as Season 8 in TMDB, S08E01-S08E08. This whole series and its order seems to be a hot mess, after the first few seasons, with no two sources matching. It seems like the History Channel page should be the definitive source, but TMDB apparently is not reflecting that page you sent me at all.
Then, I thought maybe TMDB cut the seasons off by calendar year (using History channel numbering, S06E01-E03 are in 2013, and S06E04-E11 are in 2014) BUT S12-S19 are ALSO in 2014, and have been put in TMDB Season 8, so that's clearly not it.
Can you give any clarification on how TMDB deemed their enumeration to be the correct order?

We list the episodes as they have been originally broadcasted by the network.
During that period, History has changed multiple times its season split. So, we can't use the current Histopry Channel page as this page doesn't reflect anymore the way the episodes were originally broadcasted.
I wasn't moderator at the time most of the research for this series were done, but you have part of this research available in the previous content reports.
