Episode 117 represents a special exception to the rule as the first episode of Season 9 didn't air until January of 2019, while it at the same time marked a format change in the show where they reduced the running time from an hour long show to a half hour show. If 117 were classified as the first episode of Season 9 it would feel completely out of place both because it is an hour long episode and because it would create a two month gap between the first and second episode.

As for the backdrops, I'm happy to look into that when I find time next but it could be a while before I get to it.

Yes, I can understand that. I think it's okay as is.

Okay. Since the season structure seems correct now, it's open to every user to add more info to all the episodes. Perhaps there's another fan of the show who can add them and the guests to TMDb over time ...
