Warned Sheridan - more than once - not to go to Z'ha'dum?
Does it seem likely that Kosh knew he had to do that, in order to help push Sheridan into doing exactly that?
Or maybe there was some possibility that by not going, things would have actually turned out better overall, despite what Sheridan saw in his "premonition" about Centauri Prime etc?
Or maybe Kosh was more concerned with Sheridan and didn't care as much about Centauri Prime, and Londo, because they basically had it coming?

Could be. But Kosh knew Lorien was there, and would be able to restore Sheridan. At least for 20 years, and Kosh might have figured it would be permanent.
