Considering the telepaths - especially as led by Byron - seem to think their artificial creation (by the Vorlons) etc, is a bad thing, why would Lyta agree to help the Narn create more?

Based on what they - especially Byron - said, what they should be doing is getting themselves all sterilized so as not to create more oppressed/"different" people.
