@coolblu: You missing the point - the first season here (original first series) adapted to end of chapter 479 of the manga and the 2nd season (new serie - Bleach: TYBW) adapted from begining of chapter 480 of the manga. Does it matter how many years elapse between manga adaptations? No, it doesn't matter how long it takes to convert a manga into an anime. Incidentally, an adaptation of a manga is continued as an anime, which is the case here, and the continuation begins with episode 1, so the new episodes must be included in a new season (see rules). - Sometimes are Seasons virtual.
