Extra Details: Actually there is just one season listed with all episodes in. Some weeks ago, every story arcs where listed as a season like in One Piece or Fairy Tail for example, which works better in my opinion. Also there are actually 712 episodes listed on trakt because of this Changing.
So can the seasons be redone to the old arc style?

It is listed as one single season since multiple years. This is not a recent change.
Our rules state : "Long-running series with continuous episode numbers (e.g. 867, 868, 869) are added as a single season. "
The different story arcs may be managed with episode groups.
Concerning the 2 other series you are indicating, they will also be merged to a single season at a later date.
