Extra Details: Why do all the episodes which were already added in their correspondent seasons were added again and part of season 1. It doesn't make sense

It is listed as one single season since multiple years. This is not a recent change.
Our rules state : "Long-running series with continuous episode numbers (e.g. 867, 868, 869) are added as a single season. "
The different story arcs may be managed with episode groups.
