That was so sad about the scoliosis. That poor girl.
I can't figure out why all these kids want to get married so young either. That is normal for Mormons, I guess.
Maddie and Mykelti both dropped out of school which I think is too bad. It sounds like Maddie is going to try to go back so good for her. Mykelti, unfortunately, seems destined for loser town. Dropped out of school to work in a pawn shop, marrying a directionless loser. She had potential. What a shame.

Scoliosis is no joke. I hope the brace can correct it.

Are the Browns Mormons? I thought the Mormons did not recognize polygamists.

It will be harder for her w/a kid. Then, she'll have another one. I just don't see it happening, but she does have a lot of Jenelle in her. That's a good thing.

I would love to see Mykelti on Project Runway, even if it is stunt casting.
I think the Brown's religion is an offshoot of Mormonism. They revere Joseph Smith and talk about the Book of Mormon.
It will be difficult for Maddie but I think she is the most determined of the Brown kids. She is a Scorpio after all. Janelle's support will really help them. Caleb does seem like a good partner for her.
I'm not loving this season. Most of the teams are blandly likeable, but there is no villain. Rescue guy might step up, he seems like kind of a dick.
Jessica will be the villain. I think this season is bland due to the fact that they spent too much time in Europe just to do boring challenges. They need to leave the continent and go other places. I always love when they go to India, because that will a true test of wills.
I guess you are right about Jessica. Not a good move at the phone bank.

I would have done the same move at the phone bank. I mean why should she let someone have a headstart, when she gave them the answer? Besides, it wasn't much of a lead she had anyway.
What I am bummed out about is another team I like was eliminated, and I didn't even think I would miss them. I guess I liked them, because (as the U-turned team) they were the underdogs.
And. . .
I like to see a U-turn team return and not be eliminated.
I think it adds drama, and this leg should have been a non-elim one.
I was expecting nonelimination. I was kind of hoping Brittany and her fiance would go. Or the Indy guys, I can take or leave them. I wonder if the finish was as close as the editing led us to believe.

Them and the eaters can go too!

I'm thinking -- not , and what's the point of swapping partners? They are down to six teams. I can see if they had more than six, but someone will have to go.
Or. . .
Are they basically telling us this will be a non-el?
I loved this episode. Great challenges, the partner swap actually worked (I was not a fan when they announced). I liked the spotlight on poaching in Africa, and the singing and dancing challenges are always great. We got a mini hissy fit from Jessica about Evan, and more friction with Brittany. I was sad to see the Twins go, would have preferred to see Lucas and Brittany or the Indy guys, but there isn't anyone to hate here.

Yeah, I love this episode too, but I didn't get the partner swap thing. Plus, the 2 hour episode nearly killed me. I started watching late at night. I could have finished because it was that good. but I'm a working girl.
Next week is another 2 hour episode. I don't get it. What is wrong with an hour episode?

I don't know how reliable the source is, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Wheh! I hope you're right. When I look at the date of the article, it's Nov. 2017, which was before any of these episodes aired. Thank goodness.

Must be non el. Otherwise would 4 people be eliminated at once? Too gimmicky, imo. Like Survivor has become.

I agree. I think they should have used their energy to make better challenges.

They are showing the 2 hour episodes during the Olympics. The Race will finish before the next season of Survivor.
