So it's all over and done with - Izzy and Romel who lied about the fact that he could cook - because as Romel told him - "I have learned so much from you during this competition" oh really - is this the same Izzy who said that just because he owned three restaurants he didn't really cook much! They scored strategically throughout the competition - delivered a bowl of uncooked cake mixture but somehow survived. Stirred up trouble around the table constantly and yet somehow got to the final. Matt and Luke the good-natured honest Aussie guys - who would have thought they had a snowballs chance in hell of winning? not me !! Maybe Romel telling their guests and erstwhile cooking rivals to "shut the F**k up" as they called encouragement to them might have had an effect on the judges because maybe - just maybe - it was payback for all the lying and cheating they had done to win. Whatever it was - it was a joy to see Matt and Luke win and the chagrin on the faces of their arrogant and overconfident rivals - who "won in their hearts"!! What a pathetic statement.
