unreleased vhs/dvd of 1980's movie macabre

i remember someone on the imdb message boards had made a list of 1980's movie macabre airings, and i realised only a few of them had been released on dvd around 2006, the more recent movie macabre airings have all been released many times over, i wonder why they haven't released those 1980's movies yet not available.

Just to let you know, there are quite a few Movie Macabres on The Internet Archive (here are a few) as well as a Youtube user called SharpEditingTV has a few (here).
