David's spirit travels back to 1897 and occupies the body of lookalike grandfather Jamison Collins. There he wakes and tells Beth Chavez that Quentin Collins told him that she committed suicide. David is actually referring to the two ghosts of Beth and Quentin that visited David's room in the 1960s Collinwood.Live Beth later confronts live Quentin about this suicide mention and he incredulously and honestly knows nothing about it. Real easy to follow huh!

Now BTW the way Beth showed up as a ghost looking like her very beautiful and sexy live self is true.
