A.He was in an early DS episode and in the same episode was actor Hugh Franklin playing Liz's lawyer Richard Garner. I am about positive they met though they are not in the same shot together. Later, they appeared both the same time same ep on Family Fued ( hosted by Richard Dawson). I never see Crothers and Franklin speak to each other however. They were on different soaps at this time ( Crothers was on "Edge of Night" and Franklin was on "All my children"). I am not sure they spoke to each other once on FF.

B.Crothers was a strange actor. In one episode of Dark Shadows he turned in a strange performance as Nathan Forbes in a ghost lineup of all the 18th century folk Barnabas had killed. It was weird as Crothers was only a bit player in this scene --usually Forbes had a meatier role in the ep was featured in.

C. How was his last name actually pronounced? Like Caruthers? Or like like the word craw mixed in with thers? On FF his name was pronounced the former and I had presumed it was the latter.
