Overview
Watch combined highlights from the weekend events in the World Rally Championship as the drivers push themselves to the limit.
The World Rally Championship (abbreviated as WRC) is an international rallying series owned and governed by the FIA. Inaugurated in 1973, it is the second oldest of the FIA's world championships after Formula One. Each season lasts one calendar year, and separate championship titles are awarded to drivers, co-drivers and manufacturers.
A WRC season typically consists of 13 three- to four-day rally events driven on surfaces ranging from gravel and tarmac to snow and ice. Each rally is usually split into 15–25 special stages which are run against the clock on up to 350 kilometres (220 mi) of closed roads.

2025 Season
The 2025 WRC calendar will be running to 14 rather than 13 rounds, with interest in who’s driving what this year and the geography of this season’s world championship breaking new ground and taking the sport to more and more new countries. Starting early, it’s the Spanish island of Gran Canaria in April. The twists and turns of the roads around Las Palmas will provide some of the season’s most challenging asphalt. Delfi Rally Estonia is back in the summer, with Paraguay’s all-new South American qualifier coming two rounds later, also Saudi Arabia, for a fascinating return to the Middle East and, almost certainly, one of the warmest conclusions to a WRC season ever. Kalle Rovanperä’s back full-time and ready to chase a third driver’s title in four years with the Toyota team. Adrien Fourmaux has jumped ship from M-Sport Ford to Hyundai and Irishman Josh McErlean steps up for the biggest season of his career to drive a second factory Puma Rally1.
